Shopping Policy

Due to products being handmade, one of a kind, or consumption-based, all sales are final. Items or gift cards cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. All inspection and care is taken when shipping orders to prevent defect or damage during transit, but please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is significant damage to the order inside the package.

Segi Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be dispatched or delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon fulfillment, Segi Shop will confirm dispatch to the address provided via a corresponding tracking number(s) and carrier information for the customer to monitor or investigate.

Please allow 1-4 business days for your Segi Shop order to be prepared and dispatched for shipment. If you buy items from both Segi Bella and Segi Snacks in a single order, please note that items may be shipped in separate packages to protect each product type.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Segi Shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Within the US, taxes are calculated based on the State entered for the order payment.

Segi Shop prefers to use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail 1-3 business days service for domestic US shipments and 6-10 business days service for international shipments. For 1-2 day rush orders on US domestic orders only, please select the UPS option for a quicker delivery estimate. Bulk orders may be shipped via the United States Postal Service Retail Ground service and may take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Segi Shop is not responsible for delays in package deliveries once processed and dispatched.

Segi Shop charges flat rate shipping costs on all orders. Variations in cost depends on domestic vs. international, product type(s), quantities ordered, and delivery service selected. Shoppers with a shipping address within 25 miles of Arlington, VA automatically receive a shipping discount rate for shopping local.
